I have a custom built return plenum that uses this size filter. I found it nearly impossible to find these at any local suppliers, And the ones I did find were 2x-3x the price as these ones. It was nice to find these available for such a great price. These filters are good quality and fit my application perfectly.

These 4" deep filters are nice, I've used the expensive Honeywell version for a number of years. The Honeywell is expensive, but you get what you pay for. This filter specs were similar ( Merv 11 versus Merv 12), and the size quoted the same, but when it arrived, the size is slightly undersized (but it fits ok), and at first looks ok, until you you close. There are less pleets per filter, and they are not evenly spaced. Some places the pleets are packed together very tightly, and others they are spread apart to far, making both areas ineffective. I tried to manually manipulate the pleets to even out the pleets, but they are glued in place. The honeywell version uses a simple cardboard guide to space the pleets evenly. I don't know yet if I recommend the filter or not, I need to review in 6 months. At this time, since the price is 1/3 the honeywell, I will recommend, but if others also have irregularly spaced pleets, please let others know the manufacturer has not improved their quality.

We use the filter in our 410A heat pump/AC system. Fits well, doesn't restrict air flow while still doing its job and the unit remains quiet. Getting much better production from the unit. Couldn't be happier.
