The parts fit my humidifier perfectly. Another reviewer had suggested heating the tubing first, so I left it on my driveway in the sun as I replaced the rest of the parts. Once I went to retrieve the tubing, it was pliable and bent easily.

Replacing the Humidifier consumable parts is a routine process that does not require special skills. I ordered the parts,[...]I installed them in less than one hour. I saved myself at least $100 for the service call my furnace vendor would have charged me not to mention the markup on the actual parts.

The instructions were not very explicit. The tubing that runs from the water line to the top of the humidifier was very rigid. when I tried to bend the tubing so that the connector that holds the tubing at the top of the humidifier would fit easily into the socket it would not move. The tubing wanted to bend in a different direction than the original tubing. i was barely able to get it all connected.
