I loved the product until it stopped working after two years. Had an electrician come and check it out. The switch just completely died. Had a new timer installed. Did not install a Fantech timer due to the very short lifespan of the first one.

I have had three of these installed for about 3 weeks. The directions were easy to decipher and the installation went smoothly. This a very good, quality product. I looked around at the local home improvement stores before purchasing and found the items there to be cheaper, but also "cheaper". This is a quality product that will outlast any bargain timer that you may find other places.

My electrician installed this to run the exhaust fan in a small bathroom. I just push the button for the number of minutes I want the fan to run, take my shower, then leave the room. Since the fan is really quiet, I would probably forget to turn the fan off without the convenience of this timer switch. It's great!

I needed an electrician to install it because my wiring was black and gray and not the great colors that this switch comes with. It took him maybe 10 minutes. Great selection of times to choose from. Lets me dry out my bathroom after a shower and I don't have to remember to turn off the fan.

Looked around a lot on the internet and found this. Works as you would expect. Install is more complex that installing a standard switch. You have black, white, ground and red wires to work with.
