Comments about Suncourt -- Deluxe ThruWall Room to Room Fan (TW208P):
This was a great solution to bring in external air (from the hallway and lobby) into my ventless 100 sq. ft. teaching studio. The fan is very quiet yet still moves air with a very handy variable speed feature. It is perfectly sized for my room, but I would be careful expecting too much with larger rooms.
I emailed Suncourt with a couple concise technical questions and an engineer responded with some good advice and practical suggestions for my particular situation.
The installation is basic but required care and thought. If you've never worked with drywall or electrical I would recommend talking with an experienced carpenter or handy friend; or hire someone to do it. As with any job like this, there are some opportunities to mess it up. Fortunately, I didn't, and it works great.

Comments about Suncourt -- Deluxe ThruWall Room to Room Fan (TW208P):
The fan is not installed easily as you get a template for the control side then you are instructed to "eyeball" where to cut the hole in the other wall. The flange on that side is not very wide so there is no room for error. The fan does move a lot of air for it's size.I installed it in a wall from the living room (with a wood stove) to the kitchen And it does a great job of moveing the heat.

I use it to transport warm air from one room to other. Blowing warm air downwards with directional vanes is a plus. Variable speed control on the first one died in five minutes of opeartion. [...]

Comments about Suncourt -- Deluxe ThruWall Room to Room Fan (TW208P):
we live in a very old house with the original part being of 18"fieldstone walls and 10'high ceilings..The TW208P solved our problem of moveing heat from a new wood burning stove from room to room without extencive HV remodling. With the TW208P we are able to move a supriseingly large amount of heat rite into our main liveing area without haveing to redo our existing ductwork..Also a real plus is the quiet sound .We don't notice the fans running. THANKS FOR A GREAT PRODUCT..

Comments about Suncourt -- Deluxe ThruWall Room to Room Fan (TW208P):
I heat my 1450sq.ft. house with a centrally located wood pellet stove. There was always a drop in temp in the far bedrooms and master bath. I installed 2 fans, pulling heat out of the main room and sending it to each end. Finally there is even heat throughout the entire house. The fans are a little noisy (no more than a regular fan) and a little under-powered for larger areas. Installation was very easy, except that there is not much room for error when drilling holes in drywall. Very little drywall left on the edges of cut-out. Template works great for cut=out, but use the fan itself to mark holes: template was a little off. All in all a worthwile investment for us.

Comments about Suncourt -- Deluxe ThruWall Room to Room Fan (TW208P):
in southeast texas we have a lot of humidity and I needed the fan for an add-on bathroom that doesn't receive any air from the adjoining room. This fan works perfect for a small room needing to be cool down since AC won't go through a door without help. This fan is the perfect help and especially with the door closed. It's very quiet and if your not careful you'll forget it's even on and I can't do this at a week-end place. The packaging was also great.

Don't recommend this unit just for the name and its label.
Strongly recommend to use TW108 for more power and easier to install.
