I found the product easily at Discount Filters. The product was delivered on time by UPS ground as was predicted. The filter was exactly what I needed for my home AC. It was the exact same filter that the installer had used. Two filters per box is best since you really need the two for good filtering all season. I found nothing wrong with the service, the product nor the company. It was a great buy at decent prices.

We had this filter installed a year ago by our a/c professional. It's our first time looking to change it - I called and asked how to do it and he said it was simple, and that we SHOULD be able to purchase from [@] - but if not, it would cost $60 for him to supply, deliver, and install. [@] all had a filter that was 20x25 but only 4" thick. Teh filter lists dimensions and some model numbers but no brand. I found some on [@] that listed the actual dimensions that matched, but then I noticed that the color and the grid pattern was different - I have no idea if it makes a difference, but I was hesitant to buy something of a lower quality if the point was improving our air quality, but these are EXACTLY the same as what my a/c guy had installed before and cost about the same. Bought a 2 pack for 30ish, and saved 2 years of $60 a year charges to come out and chang eout ... saving a net $90. It was easy to change out as well.
