I am very impressed with your company, When I received this item it was freight damaged. You immediately sent another item. When I received it ,it was also freight damaged. I have not received the third order. so I don't know what condition it might be in. I suggested to your people that you mark the boxes FRAGILE,but that did not happen,this has to be expensive. These filters are the real thing. They are a perfect fit and hold up well. I have been using these for years and I have never had any type of quality control issue with these filters. You can get less expensive look a like filters, but they do not fit nearly as well. I would highly recommend these filters to anyone.

Product is just what I needed for our furnace. It is the perfect fit, easy to install, and very durable. I replace my filters every 6 months and with these filters I never have a problem before the 6 months are up. I am very pleased and will re-order this product when needed.
