After finding out that my older non programmable thermostat was no longer made, this programmable one was listed as the replacement. After receiving, popped old one off and popped new one on. Worked fine. Did not have to remove old wall plate and change wires. A repair like this would have cost at least $199 if I had a company do it.

Orderd a few to replace older, non-functional T-stats on a zoned system. Recieved one defective out of the box. Iaqsource replaced it immediately: Great service. Will continue to purchase through iaqsource.

Replaced with same model, back light went out after 7 years of service. Copied 'setup' for heatpump use from old unit before removing.
