Bought this unit to replace an older White-Rodgers unit in my office. Thankfully the installer was a skilled electrician because the wires and location of the openings were not a simple match up from old unit to the new unit. I never would have been able to do it myself, and I'm fairly handy. Took about 1 1/2 hours to install instead of a few minutes, but how nice it is to again have a display that works and heat that comes on in the AM before we arrive and shuts off at the end of the day automatically.
More accurate then the previous thermostat. It lets the furnace stay on long enough to actually warm the house up. Plenty of ways to temporarly raise the temp too.
