Thermostat works perfectly and is easy to install. The written instructions lack clarity in some areas regarding the initial set up. I was able to figure out the set up through a bit of trial and error. Overall, the thermostat is accurate and easy to use once you understand how it works.

We bought seventeen of these thermostats primarily for their temporary hold feature and upper/lower limits settings. We disabled the permanent hold feature. Church members were turning down thermostats and leaving them on after a meeting. With the upper and lower limits setting we keep members from irrational setting swings.
We were not as happy with the security lock feature. We would have rather had the security feature lockout programming ability only. Our members need to adjust the temperature (within the limits set) for a unscheduled meeting.

I installed two of these units in my house for controlling my 2 heat pumps. Now that I have the units in and working, I'm very pleased with them and would recommend them.
I would have given them a rating of four stars except for the installation. I don't know a lot about my system and figuring out what schematic I was supposed to be looking at was very difficult. After reading the installation document 3 or 4 times I finally gleaned enough to figure out what my system was and it was a breeze from there on...
