I've been using National Trade Supply, LLC, iaqsource.com, for several years now to buy the Air Bear filters for my house. You can breath easy in dealing with them. The product is shipped correct - everytime. 2 shipments ago, the freight carrier smashed one of the cartons & just left it on the porch. NTS replaced those filters within days! Great job NTS!

I really like buying from iaqsource.com. This was the second order from your company in the two years I have lived at current location. I did not check the filters when they arrived. I finally had to replace the old filter and pulled out one from the box that was shipped to me in February 2012. I was sent 1 20X20X5 and 2 20X25X5. The 20X25X5 are the incorrect size and I need to know how I can get them replaced to the correct size required (20X20X5).
