This is a great product! I bought this thermostat to replace an old one that controls the gas furnace in my apartment. The thermostat took minutes to install and was very, very easy. Once the batteries were in, I set the temperature and that was it. Living in an older building in Chicago, IL, sometimes maintaining the temperature inside can be a bit of a trick...especially during the winter months. This thermostat has no issue in maintaining the temperature in my apartment. The display is so easy to read, especially since it lights up. The controls are simple...on/off and temperature up/down. I like things that are easy to use and this thermostat is about as easy as it can get! Great product...especially for the price!

I needed a thermostat placed on a narrow wall space to control a free standing gas stove. This unit was simple to install, it was a perfect fit and it is easily set to control the room temperature at whatever setting chosen. The digital display that shows both the room temperature and the setting is great.

Dead batteries upon delivery.Display would not light up. Replaced batteries with new and no problems since. It would have been simpler for me to have had a schematic which said attached red wire to this post and white wire to post W.I took a gamble and guessed how it might be wired and got lucky. I love it.

I read a ton of reviews saying that it worked great in RV's so I ordered it thinking that would keep temp better then a manual thermostat. It worked for a couple of days and then it stopped working. I am not sure if it is my heater that didn't like it or if the thermostat was not compatable for RV's. Either way it didn't work so I returned it and the return process was simple and easy which was great!

I was not expecting an economy thermostat to be adjustable for hydronic heat. This one is. It controls the on-off cycle for our all season breakfast room which is hot water floor heated.A backlite feature and adjustable thermometer are pluses.

This is a basic thermostat that works great for radiant heat systems which have no need really for complex programable thermostats.
