This product is used mostly in areas of the church which are used only on Wednesdays and Sundays. Overall we think there is cost savings realized. However the tstats energize the A/C without human intervention and outside the programmed scehdule on an irritatingly regular basis. Don't know if it's installer/user programming problem or an inherent problem. Guess I'll try service.

The only objection is the beep when u adjust temperature, not good in the bedroom if your spouse is sleeping. When called tech support to ask if beeping could be turned off, the technician was extremely arrogant and condesending. Bottom line he did not know the answer! Everything else, GREAT Thermostat. Tech support USELESS

Don't get fooled, or try to install on a weekend when there is no help line. My old thermostat had three wires, red-green-white. Red hot, OK, green fan OK, white common-wrong. White actually goes to heat relay. I connected it to common and, of course, the furnace did not come on. Also, after a long summer, make sure your furnace works with the old thermostat before installing the new one.

Great product! Installed in less than 20 minutes including drilling new mounting holes. Very accurate. Best of all, the wife doesn't need her glasses to read the temperature or make any thermostat adjustments. Called the customer service about a wire connection and got a quick and pleasant explanation.
