The new UV-16R is the newest member of the UV-Aire family and is specially designed for use in tight spaces. The UV--16R is installed in the main supply or return duct of any heating or cooling system. It emits powerful, germicidal ultraviolet (UV-C) light which sterilizes and reduces airborne micro-organisms as they pass through the system. it operated continuously to sanitize the air 24 hours a day. It includes an aluminized reflector panel that concentrates light in the duct and shields areas where UV radiation is not wanted.

Outside the duct, the UV-16R measures 3.5” x 2.5” x 2.5”. Inside the duct, a 16” UV germicidal lamp kills airborne mold, bacteria, viruses and fungi.
