I read the reviews before purchasing and compared specs with other similar models. This radon fan is quiet, and appears to be of good quality. It is mounted in my crawl space under the kitchen. The only time I can hear it is when the entire house is silent. If anything else in my home is making any noise at all (I mean anything) the radon fan cannot be heard. It is smaller than I thought it would be. I liked the fact that it draws very little power for the amount of air it moves (40-70 watts). Installation was a breeze. I'm a professional, but truly, it was very simple. I am in the process of having another radon test done and I'm hoping for good results. The radon mitigation process in my home was difficult because of a tri-segmented crawl space, installing the radon fan was the easiest part about it.

I modified my sump well to exhaust radon from under my basement slab and the Suncourt works great. It's very quiet and radon levels dropped from between 11 to 14 pCi/L all the way down to 1.0 - 1.3 pCi/L. I bought from these guys because they provided more information than anywhere else which really helped me figure out which fan model to buy.

I chose the Suncourt radon fan to be a small "high tech" exposed kitchenette exhaust fan. I placed it over a microwave to exhaust potential burnt popcorn fumes. It is the same fan as the blue Suncourt fan but I preferred the white color over the blue color. It is very quiet and smoothe running. The 4" O.D. fan connections fit snugly inside of 4" Sched 40 PVC pipe so I used screws to attach the fan to the pipe and didn't need the rubber couplings that came with the fan.
