Your customer service department was nothing short of "terrific"!! They helped me identify the bulb I needed with little information to go on.
Then UPS literally crushed the bulb (first shipment) when it was delivered. I called your customer service department and explained what had happened. They sent out a replacement bulb immediately! Thanks again for a wonderful internet experience.

Really, the only 'gripe' is the cost of these bulbs. But, still far better than buying them from my HVAC contractor. In 2005, he charged fourteen bucks more (each) than iaq charged five years later. Because they only last a little more than a year, I plan to turn them off when I open my windows come spring. Hope to get two winter seasons out of them. As of now, very happy with the product AND iaq! Be sure to use the internet and search for promotional codes prior to buying.

This is a bulb for my anti-germicidal machine in the attic that purifies the air. I have allergies to dust and this machine REALLY helps keep the allergens from entering into the flow of air conditioned air throughout the house. The light bulb is the "purifier" part of that machine and they do last at least a year or so...
