Replacement for original that burned out. Easy to replace even for me (not super handy). Everything seems to be back to normal on the radon front. Took less than 45 minutes to install.

Comments about RadonAway Model GP301 3" Radon Fan:
Works great. Was a slightly more powerful replacement for an old GP201 that stopped working. My radon level went up to 18pCi/l without a fan then after installing the GP301 it was down at 1.2pCi/L within a week. The unit is installed outside away from the house using existing 4" HDPE and a reducer.

Comments about RadonAway Model GP301 3" Radon Fan:
It is used in a sub-basement through slab application. It worked very well, although I believe that for most do-it- yourself applications, it would be a lot easier mounting the fan and plumbing to it with flexible vacuum hose rather than the rigid PVC recommended.
