the timer is used to control a bath fan in shower area. The black color was a nice choice. It has small green power indicator lights that give it a nice look. Another good feature is it has time presets from 1 minute to 20 minutes. The 2 switches that came with the timer control my fan light and night light.The switch plate is a piece of plastic junk and not stainless like it said in the website.[...]
