Lennox #  31W94 Humidifier Pad Frame for HCWB2-12.  Three sided frame which surrounds bottom and side of water panel.  Includes slots that accept tabs from distribution tray above. Also known as a scale control insert.

NOTE: This part works with Healthy Climate units like shown below manufactured in 2007 and 2008 only.  Frame is stamped with part # 101412-02.
