Had trouble locating the correct special sized filter for our Carrier A/C unit - called on a Sat a.m. expecting to get a voice message but they were staffed and Customer Service helped me determine the correct one and shipped it out on Monday. I will be ordering my filters through these guys in the future!

Since the AC has an odd size filter, it comes with a washable version. Multiple people in our house have allergies or asthma and the included filter didn't filter many of the smaller things. Also, the idea of reinstalling it still damp from cleaning, with the humidity in FL, is ridiculous. These filters take care of smaller contaminants and are disposable. This is the 2nd time I've ordered them, and I will continue to do so. They are a little expensive, but are custom made and not available in stores.
