Custom hvac system in house, box stores don't carry the size of filter needed. Product was exact dimensions specified and what was needed for the unit. Also, price was lower than any other websites I've found for the same product

Our Heatpump utilized reusable filters that had to be cleaned and were not very efficient. I found I could order these filters for the non-standard size (13x21.5)required, and at a very reasonable price. And have them delivered to my door.

This fits my new Carrier heat pump perfectly. I was so frustrated that my brand new heat pump required filters that could not be found at any local stores. Carrier themselves recommended that I acquired filters "from my dealer". Ridiculous. Like I'm going to call my local HVAC company every time I need a filter? Yeah, right. Boo to Carrier, yay to Discount Filters!

I looked at all of the big-box stores and no one carried the specific size filter I needed. IAQ was very quick and the filter is exactly as described online. Shipping was also very reasonable. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will be re-buying from them when I need more.
