This was a very easy switch to install. I simply removed the old one and replaced it with this one. It has a lot of cool features that I haven't explored yet (a bonus) and these features are described in detail on the manufacturer's web site. We basically leave the fan set at the 30 minute set point because it's a small bathroom and we want to make sure we remove as much moisture as possible.
The switch itself has very small lights that are unobtrusive and they may be too small for some to see. I like them small because they don't call a lot of attention to the switch. Daily use is easy, you just push the toggle switch and forget it, the switch reliably turns off quietly, and reliably.
I was concerned that the switch might be too big for the box, but I had room to spare, which mean I was able to neatly position the switch in the box and not have to force it to be flush.

I have a small upstairs bathroom with a fan/light combo tied to one double switch (one switch for the fan and one for the light). There was no neutral wire coming to the switch so this was the only electric timer I could find. Much better than a spring timer. Nifty countdown lights. Also turns on and off quickly with one minute remaining on the timer. Overall, great purchase for the price.
