This looks like it will do the job, and vent our room air conditioners through the wall. Only problem is that it is the same OD as the flexible vent hose, so I have ordered some adaptes which I hope work. It ain't over until it is over....

I looked every where to no avail,,. as others wanted,I too wanted to install my portable A/C unit. I did not want the hose in my window. Now I can sleep in a colder room as i save $$$ on the cooling of the rest of the 2500 SF of my home.

We purchased a portable air conditioner and needed a way to exhaust the fan to the outside of our house. I drilled a hole in our wall and attached the exhaust hose from the a/c. The hose is 5 inches and so is the exhaust duct. Worked well and looks very nice on the outside of the house.
