I purchased this unit to replace the cheap 50CFM exhaust fan that came with our new house. I read all the reviews on the web I could find on different fans with heat (wanted to surprise the wife). This is the first exhaust fan we owned with heat. Installation was easy because we live in a ranch style house so access above the ceiling was not a problem. The main exhaust fan is Super Quiet. It's so quiet, when I first turned it on I didn't think it was exhausting all that much. I went back up stairs and put my hand by the exhaust port and WOW! air was pouring out of the outlet. The quiet sound of the fan is deceiving, It works GREAT. Our bathroom mirror used to fog up all the time. Now, you can take as hot of a shower as you like and the mirror never fogs at all. The heat fan is awesome also (The wife loves it!). The fan heater is also quiet and powerful enough to heat the whole bathroom (90 Cubic feet) in a few minutes and feels great after a hot shower on a cold winter day. The fluorescent lights and night light work great too. The only hard part about the installation was getting all the wires tucked back into the switch box with the new switches. We like this unit so much we plan on getting another one for our spare bathroom.

Installed two of these units. Very quiet and easy to install. Be very careful of the plastic piece that opens and closes in the vent. The plastic tabs holding it in place break very easy. [...] Heater works great.
