Very pleased with this programmable thermostat--it works with my ancient heat pump (single stage), has it's own power (which my pump does not supply), and has a 'circulate' feature that runs the air handler for ten minutes if it hasn't run in the last twenty. This is not an easy feature to find on thermostats, or at least in the documentation that is posted on other brands. Installation was a snap. Now I just need to figure out how to safely dispose of the old double-mercury-switch thermostat I had!

[...] The thermostat was purchased with the outside sensor 8052 whicjh has not been installed yet. A second line is required and I have yet to run it.We have a bryant heat pump with accessory HX. This suited our needs for progamable control.

Bought this product to replace a Robertshaw 9420 that was working perfectly. Installed very easily, took longer to pull the outdoor sensor cable than anything else. Easy set up. I have an invalid that stays home all day. Now I don't have to worry about changing over from heat to cool, and have the balance point set so I can forget about it's operation. Would buy again in a minute.
