The aftermarket WaterSentinal WSM-1 filter is used in refrigerators by Maytag, Whirlpool, Jenn-Air and others. It is designed to replace the factory original UKF7003 / UKF7003AXX. I waited a few months to review, hoping the taste of the water would get better. It has not. Very disappointing. I also have a Pur water pitcher filter and it makes much better tasting water. I would like to return this filter and the 2 others that I ordered.

My filter is used in our fridge, so I write the install date, and forget it for the next 6 mos. till it's time to put a new one in. No carbon particles that can be in some pitcher filters. It's worth the investment and does make the water taste better!

Received the filters quickly. Easy to install. Water tastes great. Only drawback is running the water thru the filter to begin with. kind of a pain, had to use a pitcher to run about 3 gallons before the water ran clear. Up-side used some of it to water my plants
