this condensate pump works as described. it is a bit loud when it clicks on and off, but ultimately it only runs for a few seconds at a time, so it isn't really a problem.

one thing i did learn was that when shutting off the dehumidifier to de-ice it, leave the condensate pump plugged in! the first time i unplugged everything and came back to a fairly sizable puddle.

I was a little concerned about the two white stripped wires, the instructions didn't indicate where they were supposed to be connected. I called your customer support line, who told me that the wires didn't need to be connected to anything and to ignore them.

The water from the dehumidifier is pump directly into the sump pump. I keeps me from dumping the water from a dehumidifier container. Less work.
