I had the original filter for the carrier central HVAC unit in my condo and it was a pain to wash it every 2 months! Plus I had so much dust it was driving me crazy! I just started using these replacable filters and the dust level has gone down drastically! This is the first filter so I will have to wait and see how often I have to change it. I'm happy with it for now.

This was my first time using this filter. I had difficulty installing it. I got the size recommended by the builder,but it was a tight fit . Sure, hope I don't have trouble removing it when the filter needs changing Would recommend to friends but caution them about the snug fit.
