I bought this for its price and functionality. The displayed digits are large enough to see from across the room. Simple functioning for its designed purpose. I used it to check for the humidity on the two levels of the house and the unit provide the needed information within 10 minutes at each new location. I assumed the humidity level is accurate since it seemed to response well to the adjusted output from the humidifier.

Received this order quickly, without much effort. This unit is accurate + or - 2 % of humidity. That means that when it shows "LOW %" (too low for reading), you can bet you are between lower then 18% or 22% relative humiidity. Easy to see, very easy to read. I saw my mailbox was 50 degrees F with 27% relative humidity. My basement is between 64 (low) and 68F (high). The humidity was displayed "Low %" too low to read. This is good to know that the humidity is too low to feed any mold. I had a nagging feeling it was "bone dry" and my IAQ Hydrothermometer confirmed this.......

This hydrometer and thermometer is not at all accurate. Don't buy. It is not at all worth the money. You can guess at the temperature and humidity better than this gauge.

Nice unit for the price. Worked perfectly right out of the box. I compared this to an expensive Rh/temp sensor from work (used in R&D) and both were identical.
