Called during 1st install for correct wiring. Have installed 7 Focus Pro 5000 thermostats in 10 plex apt. bldg. Easy to install, easy to maintain, tenants love them, has low battery warning light - replace batteries when warning light appears or unit won't function w/dead batteries. Easy to read numbers. Use with hot water baseboard. Thermostat upper temperature limit can be "locked".

Very pleased with how easy it was to install and how simple it is to use. We didn't need a fancy, multi-dimensional thermostat. Just a simple, turn-it-on, turn-it-off, keep-the-house-comfortable unit. And this fits that description perfectly.

I use these Honeywell Thermostats on all my rental condos. They save me a lot of money. Be sure you know what type of system you have and check the wiring on your old thermostat before buying. Be sure you purchase the right one. Wire colors may be different on different thermostats

All I wanted was a thermostat where you could set one temp for heat and one for cool and it would automatically switch back and forth as needed. This one does that! Cheap,too.

First had one installed in a rent house. Liked so much, installed two in my home. Have two heat/AC units in my home, they both read the same. Never has my home been so evenly comfortable. No more colder in part of the house over the other! Love it, I'll never use another!

Needed a thermostat with a "fan on" feature to recirculate heat from a wood stove throughout the house. This battery operated thermostat did the trick.
