Fits the GUV25403A, GUV25403 Super Plasma UV Air Purifiers. GUV25403A, GUV25403 has 2 lamps - this is the smaller of the two.

The plasma is produced by this 5 inch pure quartz broad spectrum ultraviolet lamp (UVV5CL). The UVV5CL lamp output is controlled by the patented Oxy-Regulator lamp-in-tube design.

5" Bulb with square pin base.
