Cons Best Uses Comments about Fantech RC6 Galvanized Steel Roof Cap for 6" Duct: I would have gave it 5 stars, but it has a minor design flaw with the screws for the damper. The way it is assembled water running off the vent will run into where these screws are and trickle into the vent. A small dab of silicone here solves this problem, other then this minor flaw it is a well designed vent and operates flawlessly. Would suggest not placing in a "curb appeal" location. Prime and paint before installation. Best installed in warm weather by someone who knows what they're doing.
