I ordered 2 replacement Merv-11 filters for our name brand air handler from DiscountFilters.com because of their good price and guarantee. My filters arrived as they said within just a few days and they are an exact fit. I paid less for two filters than I would have paid for one from the air handler manufacturer and there is no visible difference between the two filters. This is a replacement filter for Carrier/Bryant filters and needs to be replaced in 6 months, where the factory originals were good for 1 year. We'll see if they hold up to 6 months and then longer.

Why are the easy things to do around the house that which get overlooked most often? I admit it, I'm guilty of a selective memory. I'll have a spare hour to get something done and never think about the filters in my AC/Heating unit. Well thanks to DiscountFilters.com that won't happen again! Along with the two filters I recently bought for my system, I also got a nifty little Air Filter Gauge that will show me at a glance when to change those filters. You can't go wrong with this thing. For about 13 bucks, I got a little gauge that sticks into the filter where it can be seen easily and that's it. And the best part of all of this: I got the two filters and the gauge for less than local prices for ONE filter! And I was able to go up in filter efficiency because of the lower price. I did so, hoping I wouldn't get anyone upset for pitching a business on my page but the responses from my 'Friends' who are homeowners too has been great. The filters were well packed and I will be ordering again. The height of the filter was off buy 1/32 - 1/16 which required a slight bend in the carboard case to install, otherwise it is perfect.
