All the parts I expected were in the package. For some reason my current unit was leaking, and rathe than calling in a repairman, I planned to do this myself. The other water disperser and housing came out easily and I replaced them with this one. I turned on the system and everything worked. Nothing fancy, it simply worked as advertised.

The tube that runs from the solenoid valve to the top of the humidifier was soft rubber and the replacement was hard plastic. I could not position it in such a way that it would work. I kept the old tube as it didnt seem to be a problem.

The is my second complete tune up of the 17 year old system. (I replace waterpanels annually.) Both times the new parts matched perfectly with the old parts. There was no need for modifications, trimming, etc.
