If you look closely at the picture, there is a very important blue oriface that should be included in with the tube. It was not there. I had to call to get this corrected, but it was resolved. Since I was buying this as backup parts, it did not affect me. However, if I had been waiting to replace defecctive parts, I would have been out of commission for several days.

Easy to install. Make it easier by slowly and gently bending the tubing repeatedly until it fits the curves you need it to. Don't try to force it.

I tried buying the parts I would need at the hardware store. Big mistake. Water went everywhere. Found this replacement part, put it on in 10 minutes and the project is done! No leaks, water is where is should be and no more dry skin issues in the mornings. Yeah.

I installed it myself with the few sinple tools described in the instructions. No cutting or adjustment needed. It fit perfectly in my Aprilaire 760 humidifier. The last time I had this replaced it cost me a $175 service call, plus the parts and the service provider's mark up of 100% on the parts. I saved a lot of money. It does seem that this part needs to be changed every 5 years or so.

It is the right part but it would be helpful to have either more detailed directions or a video that shows how to install. I had a bit of a leak problem when I first installed it and it was hard to know if I did it right. Can't complain, though, about ordering from here, though - they did great with getting the part out with fair prices. The part seems to have stopped leaking now and it looks like everything is fine. Perhaps it just needed a "break-in" period?

This product worked fine. Eariler we purchased a new plastic bracket for the water filter and that was a very low quality product. We are 50/50 with support.
