The local home centers and hardware stores sell poorly made exhaust hoods that dent easily and do not seal well. I bought two exhaust hoods online for our camp and was immediately impressed with the quality of the welding and the thickness of the material. They have been in place for three years and they work great. I just bought two more and installed them this week. I highly recommend this product.

Very pleased with the quality of this product. Solid construction and the damper functions perfectly. Easily primed and painted to match the exterior of the house. No doubt that this will last for years with qalvanized steel construction. Cost is higher than other options but well worth it.

I purchased this wall hood to vent by bathroom fan through a gable end. I wanted something well built that I could paint to match the house and this fit the bill perfectly. Very sturdy and well built and easy to install. It's galvanized, so once I sprayed a few coats of primer and paint, it should remain functional and rust free for a long time.

Much higher quality than other metal or plastic hoods I located elsewhere. I wasn't interested in one of the cheap plastic ones that are sold everywhere and all the metal ones I found elsewhere were flimsy - not the case here. Very pleased.

This used for bath exhaust, do not make a tight fit, as small magnets which keep flap closed during non use, may ajar if unit is slightly twisted during install. Well made , not to flimsy material.
