Wire entry at bottom, old thermo entry at top. Glad I know how to change that. May pose problems for novices.
2 wire furnace circuit does not allow for use without batteries.

Purchased for use w/ a built in natural gas garage ceiling heater. Wanted to set it at 40 degrees minimum and bump up to mid 60's for wife and kids departures and returns. Works well.

Nice looking, back light comes on when you touch any control. Preset "Energy Star" program is OK, but to make your own program takes several steps. Not horrible, one time program, just TIME. We have heat only, so different for A/C obviously.
