I decided on this thermostat because it looks nice and is the same one that my new office building uses. I ordered two for my new 5,000 sq. ft. home, and the backlighting on one of the units didn't work (but otherwise it was a super high-end thermostat... and looks the part. The word "Commercial" on the thermostat looks sharp, too). I called ProThermostats.com and filled 'em in on the problem. They immediately sent me a new PB8220[...] I'm a super happy customer, and love my new thermostats. By the way, the thermostat is very easy to set up and program... very "iPhone-ish" in its intuitive programming methods. I'm very picky and demand good looks, build quality, and user interfaces. You'll be happy with this unit.

This stat was used to automate a "manual" heat/cool system in a historic movie theater. The stat is smart enough that setting the desired "occupied" set point brings the unit online in adequate time to reach the occupied set point by the programmed time.

Fully programmable to meet the idiosyncracies of any variety of systems and building conditions.

Highly Recommended !
