Excellent Product. I have a 5 zone system and this is the 3rd FP 6000 I have installed. The other 2 are older CT3600. My only complaint is, I have an older zone control system that requires seperate B and O terminals so I could only use the FP 6000 to replace the slave stats.

We use it in our home to control heat and a/c. I didn't want to mess around instaling it, but my wife installed it. At first it did not work but then she switched two wires and than it was great. It works ever since with no problems.
I only have minor complaint. The screen is dim and you can read the numbers and controls ok. If you want to lit up the screen, you have to push any of the buttons but then you are changing one of the parameters.

This was surprisingly easy to install. Everything is intuitive or easy to find in the install manual, so it took me less than 10 minutes. Only problem I've found is that it causes my gas stove to come on, heat a few minutes, go off, then back on, then off...this never happened with the older control. But we'll get used to that, since we now have a good, reliable thermostat and heat source.

Long story short - Moved into 30 year old house recently. Previous owner said that I would be unable to install a programmable thermostat due to the peculiarities of the system, number of transformers, etc. That vague comment slowed me down only until I found the prothermostats.com website. With ample technical specs and discussion available online, I was able to select the proper thermostat straightaway. That thing was on the wall, tested, programmed and running about 30 minutes [...]High marks for prothermostats.com and the product I received.

Love the large screen and accuracy of the device in holding the temperature.
The only "con" is in setting the various programs. The descriptive language could be more straight forward in this regard.

Used the product in the upstairs of an old home with one heating system but dual a/c. Am using for the upstairs a/c - able to set up program w/o booklet. However, reading the book enabled me to eliminate the whole heating cyle display thereby simplifying the D2D use - great feature in my mind. Like the backlight and like that the battery isn't the power source when system is in "off" mode.

My only complaint is that digital thermostats can't be micro-adjusted. A degree is just a degree, to paraphrase an old psychoanalyst. :)

My boyfriend was nervous about not having a "professional" mess with the wiring, I looked at directions and decided I could do it. Replaced old thermostat and am so glad I did. It keeps the house at a perfect temp. I don't find myself constantly adjusting depending on weather conditions outside.

I used this to replace a 12 year old Honeywell system and it was dead easy. The wiring took 5 minutes and the programming time was less. Even my 2 year old figured out the programming.

I replaced a setback thermostat of another brand and found the Honeywell to be far superior. I like that it can be set to automatically go to cooling or warming depending room temperature. I like that this t-stat has real buttons rather than onscreen buttons. My only complaint is that the backlight screen comes on only when you press a button changing something. In a dark hall where the t-stat is located, I am unable to simply read the settings.
The delivery was quick.

I replaced old analog termostats with this unit. They installed easily and run great. The auto-switchover is extremely nice in the fall/spring when our weather can't make up its mind. I would definitely recommend them and buy them again.
My only complaint is more of a pet-peeve about the manual controls when it's set to auto-switchover: adjusting the temp requires adjusting both the hot and cold temperatures. It's not too complicated, but it does require lots of button presses: (press heat/cold, adjust temp up/down, press heat/cold for other setting, adjust temp up/down, press hold.) Meanwhile you have to remember that you must have them at least 3 degrees apart. If you left it programmed all the time this would be a non-issue, but we manually override a lot.
