The filters arrived with in about 3 business days in a neatly packaged box. Each filter was in its manufactured box and was sealed as they were all brand new... As an active person training for triathlons, running races, tennis and outrigger canoe paddling, I need to stay hydrated and this filter makes one of my concerns of possibly drinking contaminated water with bad minerials something not to have to worry about again. Why buy water bottles when your own tap water is probably safer now with the installation of the filter. I highly recommend.
