Replacement Inline Strainer for Trion Herrmidifier Humidifiers - Fits Models G-100, G-100ES, G-300, G100, G200. This strainer is placed on inlet side of solenoid valve. This strainer traps small particles in water supply that can clog and damage the solenoid valve. Must be cleaned or replaced when water flow is impeded or humidification is reduced.

My old strainer was blocked with sediment and needed replaced. You can use the tapered end of the new one and insert it into the tubing containing the old strainer. This allows easy removal of the old strainer.
