No complaints whatsoever. It was a snap to install, it works better than the original and it cost a quarter of the price for a technician to install a new one. Seriously!

the original Totaline thermostat that came with our house just stopped working after 6 years. I wanted to replace with the same brand, not anything from [...] Simple Google search led me to prothermostats.com. i ordered it online [...]. Cinch to replace and worked right away.

Great replacement to the earlier model. Noted as compatible with prior model mounting plate but connector bar did not align so you do have to replace the full unit - not a big deal since so few wires are involved. New display is much better and color coded illumination very nice.

Would recommend this unit to both new and replacement installations.
