I have purchased and installed 21 units in our office building. The programmable schedules and security settings are great features to have for an office building. One of the most usefull accesories is the P374032 EZ Programmer Module. It makes setting up and maintaining multiple units a breeze.

I have had two units fail but I think it may have been caused by a short in the thermostat wiring. They both failed during service calls for the RTU's.
