The most difficult part of the installation is finding a circular template in the house to trace on the back of the ceiling tile. I wish the product came with a circular template..

I have just remodeled the basement and went with a drop ceiling with a very minimal clearance and existing HVAC duct lines, these are a great product that allows you to attach the register, damper, and ceiling box directly to the tile. These are very low in weight so your tile shouldn't sag. I did go with the drop ceiling supports but probably could have done without them. I have had many compliments about the appearance. I would definately recommend these to anyone who is doing a suspended ceiling or just adding to existing ceiling. You just cut a hole like putting in a remodel can light, pull down the flex duct and zip tie, push up and screw tight and you are done.
