It was nice to have all I needed to refurbish my humidifier in one package (almost). As others have said, the nozzle (Part #4184) should be included in the package. You probably can't preserve the old nozzle while replacing the other parts.

I highly recommend the replacement parts. I had neglected my humidifier for several years. When I noticed it was not operating correctly, I checked the website and found that I should be replacing the filter, orifice, and rubber tubing. I tried it and it did the trick. All working great now... and the best part, it only took 15-20 minutes to do all of the work.
Delivery was prompt and products were delivered as requested.

Be aware that this does not include a replacement nozzle. The nozzle needs to be order separately. The kit seems fine, but should include the nozzle.

The water panel and its socked fit well. Installation is intuitive. Installing the tube is non-ihntuitive, and the instruction is minimal. Finally, to my disappointment, they didn't improve humidity control. So, probably buying the water panel+its socked is enough.

I bought this thinking it was everything I needed to overhaul my Aprilaire 560 humidifier.
I guess I did not look at the parts list close enough. It is everything except for the nozzle (#4184) which costs an extra $7.25.
Luckily for me, my old one was able to suffice, and so the parts in this kit was everything I needed though for for a worrying moment, I thought I was missing a crucial part and would have to incur shipping to get another bit.
The installation was very easy and it has totally transformed my 12 year old 560 and made it run like new again - whereas before it was leaking water out of the bottom as the internals had just had it.
Bottom line, is the kit is cheaper than the individual parts - just make sure you order the nozzle if you need it as well.

When you consider the cost of two humidifier pads and all of the parts purchased separately, the tuneup kit is a very good buy. I thought it was very straightforward to assemble, and I was shocked at how much hard water buildup was on the old parts. (We recently bought a softener, so I hope that problem is solved!)
