Service & Delivery comments:
The unit did not worked when initially connected, wired independent of HVAC equipment. After trying to get customer service help(without results), I found that the label at the wiring terminal was installed upside down, causing me to wire incorrectly. I guess quality control was off that day. Wasted about 6 hours trouble-shooting
