Working well in our cabin's shallow crawlspace a block from Lake Michigan. Handles on side make it easy to lower into the space. Included drain tube connected with clamp.

Had this unit installed in my crawlspace. Seemed to work fine for the first year and dried out my crawlspace. After the first year I started noticing mold growth in my home and discovered that the unit no longer worked and was out of warranty. I had a new motor installed only to discover that the condenser also no longer worked. This has caused me extensive expense on replacement and repairs.

This product has worked very well in my Condominium adjacent to the Ocean. The product is ideally suited to areas where humidity is a problem and living space may not be airtight such as an older building. The condo unit used to have a realtive humidity of about 60%. This dehumidifier reduces the humidity from 45 to 50% and conditions a 1000 sq. ft. condo. The dryer air has mitigated the growth of mold and allergens.
