This replaced an old mercury thermometer so is much more attractive and simple to use. My son installed it without difficulty.[...] the price was about thirty dollars lower than my heating contractor quoted for the same model.

This is a great thermostat if you don't need a programmable one. Any of my family members are able to adjust the temperature precisely with just the touch of a button. It's also nice that it's backlit so you can see it at night.
