The single-stage PSD010B thermostat can be used with most 2-wire 24-volt heating systems which do not have a blower fan. The PSD010B thermostat can also be used with Millivolt systems. INCLUDES ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE STOP GREAT FOR LANDLORDS AND PROPERTY MANAGERS This model has an Adjustable Temperature Stop. This is a set temperature limit, and is user adjustable in one-degree increments. I bought this in order to put my gas fireplace insert on a thermostat. I had a hard time finding one which looked good and suited my needs, at the local hardware store. This one works great and was easy to install. The display is large and easy to read. It also lights up when you change the temperature .

I bought 8 of these several months ago and I recently bought another 10 since they work so well.

I use these in my small-room rentals and I think that it will take my tenants a long time to figure out the limit stops.

Most of my tenants like to keep the temperature at 80+ and I'm paying the utilities. Hopefully, these will pay for themselves within the first year.

Used in rental unit, only bought one to see how it worked, it's perfect.
Its easy to install, easy to set up(temperature limit) and it is very accurate at maintaining the set temperature ( I tested it in my personnal apartment first)
it has a backlit display which is very useful, most other thermostats I've had, you needed a flashlight to see your settings. I like it so much, that I'm going to use one in my home, I'll be ordering two more shortly
