This circuit board is a universal replacement for many whole-house power humidifiers. Most humdifiers are made by the same manufacturer.
Label all the wires before removing them from the original circuit board. I reversed the polarity on the 2 humidstat wires and on the 2 wires for the solenoid; it wouldn't work. Good news is that this didn't destroy the circuit board and once corrected, everything worked great.
