This is a great thermostat. Easy to install and configure. For landlords it would be great if the therm would have a programmable limit, say a maximum high setting of 74 deg instead of allowing the tenant to crank the heat to 91 deg. Otherwise great.

Great product to use in rooms that are irregularly occupied (play rooms, home offices, etc) making a programmable thermostat ineffective.
Smaller rooms with baseboard heat will end up with a small temperature overshoot, but a factor of 10 better than conventional bi-metallic thermostats.
Easy to follow set-up and programming instructions.
Keep in mind the location of the thermostat so that motion in a hallway doesnt trigger the heat to turn on.
